The hotel is located a bit outside the main area, which ensures privacy and a connection with nature. the shuttle service is handy, especially who want to unwind amidst greenery. Rooms are spacious, with a balcony, and offer calming mountain views. the hotel staff is friendly, and the breakfast is filling.

There is loud music coming from the pool area in the early morning and evening, which can be an unwelcome disturbance for those seeking tranquillity.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was just outside the main area but within walking distance, and the hotel provided a shuttle service whenever needed. The best part was the pool with a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel facilities were new with clean and spacious rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful, although their English was limited. We appreciated the General Manager, who made us feel at home. Breakfast was fine.

Swimming pool and comfy bed were the best aspects of the hotel. The mountain views were spectacular and there was a free shuttle to the town area. The staff was friendly but inexperienced.

The hotel is still undergoing some renovations which interrupted our stay. There was music playing from the pool early in the morning and in the evening which was difficult to sleep through. Communication with the staff was somewhat of a challenge due to a language barrier.

My stay at Lisha Grandhotel Vangvieng was unexpectedly relaxing and tranquil. The mountain views were absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise. The front desk staff, particularly Fa, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist with any issues. The pool was the highlight, offering a breathtaking sunset over the mountains. The room was clean and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The hotel's shuttle service was a convenient perk, making it easy to explore the area. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway.
